Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Fundamentals Restaurant features a hot "all you care to eat" breakfast buffet of scrambled eggs, french toast, sausage, bacon, home fries, juice, and coffee, tea or milk. A continental breakfast of a roll or pastry, juice and coffee, tea or milk is also available. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM Monday thru Friday and 7 AM to 11 AM Saturday and Sunday. Lunch featuring soups, salad and hot or cold sandwiches is served from noon to 4 PM. The dinner menu features a daily special, steaks, pastas, seafood and chicken entrees in addition to a lighter fare. Dinner is served from 4 PM to 10 PM, with cold sandwiches available in the lounge until mid-night.
