We ALWAYS us this Days inn for our early flights out of Newark.  It's convenient, clean, friendly and a great value for the money.  The shuttle has always accommodated our schedule and we enjoy the extra benefits through Travelocity when we stay at any Days Inn.  Highly recommended!

In all honesty, I didn't think the Days Inn would be a good experience but this opinion was before I stayed there and was completely changed by the time I left.  My experience at the Days Inn Newark, NJ was better than a 5 star hotel.  The beds were so comfortable that I forgot where I was.  I have never slept so good in my life.  The rooms were clean and the staff was kind and friendly.  I had the best stay here and I will most definitely be going back again!  Thank you very much for making my vacation a wonderful experience.

There was one staff member by the name of Ivan who stood out.  From the initial call I made to reserve my room and upon my arrival, his customer service skills were impeccable...I hope you will recognize him with some Merit or Certificate...I am in the Customer Service BPO Call Center industry, and I have a staff of over 500 in and out of the country...he is someone that must be commended...I travel 90% of the time, so I spend lots of time in hotels all over the USA, India, UK, etc...I recognize good skills when I see them.

I was pleased to be able to leave my car at the hotel while we traveled into the city again the day we checked out and the free airport shuttle was quite helpful with that process as well.  It was our 1st trip to NYC and it was great- thank you!

It has been far too long since I wrote to compliment the employees of Days Hotel Newark Airport.  Things have been just great, and when things are great it is real easy to become complacent.

Mr. Priore and his staff are all fantastic.  After many years of staying at this property at least twice a month I have not seen any deterioration of service at the hotel nor of the property itself.  It seems that there is always a physical improvement being made that makes my hotel experience even better.  In the recent past there have been numerous upgrades including new shower curtain rods and new mattresses.   The business center off the lobby is an important convenience.  The outside appearance always looks crisp with immaculate landscaping.

Of course, the best part of my experience is the staff.  They always make the effort to greet me personally.  This includes the desk staff, marketing staff, the maintenance staff, the shuttle drivers, the restaurant staff, security and housekeeping.  If they don't know my name (and most do), they will still have a friendly greeting for me.  Even Mr. Priore takes the time to chat for a few minutes.

I am sure it is the goal of every hotel to make their guests feel as welcome and as comfortable as possible in hopes that they will want to return.  Days Hotel Newark Airport employees have definitely achieved that goal.  They all excel in their abilities to perform their tasks efficiently, but to be able to do their job and exude such friendliness at the same time is something extra special.  I appreciate them all and thank them for the pleasurable experience I always have when I stay here.
